This partnership is best suited to companies, partnerships, or individuals adept at building long-term client relationships, and who are familiar with technology and how lawyers and their support staff work. As exclusive consulting Partners, IPMAs will be experts in every aspect of LEAP. Further, an understanding of legal accounting and local IOLA/IOLTA rules is required, along with QuickBooks Online Certification. IPMAs will enjoy priority access to LEAP HelpDesk to assist with troubleshooting, and will also enjoy access to the LEAP Partner Network Portal.
This partnership is best suited to companies, partnerships, or individuals adept at building long-term client relationships, and who are familiar with technology and how lawyers and their support staff work. As non-exclusive Partners, CICs will enjoy the flexibility to partner with LEAP while also maintaining any pre-existing relationships with other software providers. CICs will be experts in every aspect of LEAP. An understanding of legal accounting and local IOLA/IOLTA rules is required, and QuickBooks Online Certification is also a highly sought after qualification. CICs will enjoy priority access to LEAP HelpDesk to assist with troubleshooting and will also enjoy access to the LEAP Partner Network Portal.
As the highest level of partnership, becoming a franchise owner provides an opportunity to own and manage a business. LFOs will enjoy geographic exclusivity as a LEAP branch within an agreed territory. This Program Level is best suited to a company or partnership able to conduct their own marketing, sales and client support. LFOs may employ their own Certified Consultants, or may call upon CICs and/or IPMAs to deliver Consulting Services to Clients. Franchises may eventually be sold for profit subject to agreement by LEAP.
LEAP Certified Bookkeepers will have the opportunity to work with multiple LEAP Clients. LEAP Certified Bookkeepers must be intimately familiar with law firm time and billing processes, as well as IOLA/IOLTA, retainer management, law firm accounting, and payroll. Because LEAP integrates with QuickBooks Online, LCBs are required to be independently QuickBooks Online certified. LCBs will enjoy priority access to LEAP HelpDesk to assist with troubleshooting, and will also enjoy access to the LEAP Partner Network Portal.
A LEAP Certified IT Partner should be an IT Professional, Partnership, or Company with a clear understanding of how law firms work and utilize technology. CITs will be available to Clients to assist with tasks including hardware upgrades, software upgrades, email configuration and data migrations on an as-needed basis. CITs will enjoy priority access to LEAP HelpDesk to assist with troubleshooting, and will also enjoy access to the LEAP Partner Network Portal.
